To celebrate International Women’s Day in 2019, Penny participated in a panel discussion on “How female business owners can combate the crisis in confidence".

The panel was moderated by fellow entrepreneur, Sheree Rubenstein, Co-founder of OneRoof Women - Australia’s leading co-working space for women-led businesses - and was presented as part of the WorkWise by Officeworks series.
